  • Data you provide: name, mobile number, email (optional), city, nationality, age, employer and sector, monthly salary, monthly obligations, salary bank, financing type and amount, and any notes you write.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page and campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters and Google click ID).
  • What we never collect: national ID/Iqama number, passwords or OTP codes, or bank card details.

2. How we use your data

  • To review your initial request and have a financing advisor contact you.
  • To refer your request — with your consent — to a lender licensed by the Saudi Central Bank.
  • To improve our services and measure advertising effectiveness.
  • To comply with legal requirements.

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent when you apply, to deliver the service you requested, and for our legitimate interest in improving our services without prejudice to your rights.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with our financing advisors, licensed lenders relevant to your request (with your consent), technical service providers bound by confidentiality (hosting, email), and authorities where legally required.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the site and remember the visit source, and analytics/advertising cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads) to measure performance. You can accept or reject them via the banner or your browser settings.
