Tamweeliq is an online platform operated by Tamweeliq Platform that receives financing requests from individuals and routes them to financing advisors who help them reach offers from lenders licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. The platform is not a lender; it does not grant loans, guarantee approval, or make credit decisions.

2. Fees

Our services are completely free for customers. We charge no upfront fees or commissions. Any financing fees (such as admin fees) are charged by the lender under its contract and SAMA rules and disclosed before signing.

3. User obligations

• Provide accurate, complete and current information.
• Be at least 18 years old and apply for yourself.
• Not use the site for unlawful purposes or submit fake requests.

4. Information and calculators

All information, examples and calculator results are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer. The final offer depends on the lender's assessment, policies and your credit record.

5. Communication

By applying you agree to be contacted by a financing advisor by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email regarding your request. You may opt out at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is not responsible for lenders' decisions or contract terms; the financing contract is directly between you and the lender.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, designs and logos are owned by Tamweeliq Platform and may not be copied without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
